The SMC is recruiting Call Centre Agents for the IEC Call Centre. This service is presented in all 11 official languages. Currently the SMC still requires candidates for Afrikaans, Ndebele, Venda and Swati. Primary purpose of the job:
Dealing with all levels of citizens of South Africa, who will be enquiring on their eligibility to vote, their voter registration status and location of voting stations.
Grade 12 with Maths and/or Geography
Candidates must be able to communicate fluently in English as well as in Afrikaans or Ndebele or Venda or Swati.
